Each student who participates at a major show MUST be quality counts verified. The link can be found below as well as following the link under the home tab. If you are unsure of whether or not you (or your student) are quality counts verified, please get in contact with one of the advisers to find out for sure. 

Each student and parent/guardian is responsible for his or her entries, additional passes, hotel room(s), meals, and travel to and from show grounds. For more information, please get in contact with one of the advisers. 
Unless otherwise stated, students are required to find their own travel to any jackpots they wish to go to. If more than 3 people are interested in attending and there is no other interference, the AST's will travel and haul to jackpots throughout the year.
